Cris Dean's experience involves an in-depth knowledge of businesses, product portfolios, marketing scenarios and consumer feedback.
In the past, Cris has managed many ' Blue Chip' brands within multinational companies, including Samsung, Motorola, Unilever, Kimberly Clark and Avon and led marketing strategies and communication projects in multiple countries in Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Cris has applied her Project Management and Marketing skills working for a local health care company and a not-for-profit welfare organisation. In both roles, the engagement with the local community was vital for the development of communication campaigns, to understand local needs and to be the voice of the organisations.
ANTONIO PEDRO ALVES
Senior Consultant
Antonio Pedro is a marketing executive and lecturer with more than 18 years of experience in marketing, branding, media, strategy, digital, innovation, and startup.
He has deep knowledge of FMCG, health and beauty, and retail, having worked for big multinationals, such as Newell Brands, Avon, Reckitt Benckiser, and Walmart. Besides, Antonio Pedro launched his own startup developing its business plan and running it as CEO. He has a bachelor degree in Business and MBA in Marketing.
Currently, Antonio Pedro helps companies to be successful with a 360° planning regarding marketing, strategy, branding, and go-to-market.

Maggie Mackenzie is a Brisbane-based writer and editor, with a range of writing experience, from in-house publishing to tourism content creation, SEO and web content development, and copywriting and editing. She is currently working as One Woman Project’s Blog Coordinator and has a great passion for social justice and anything to do with the written word.
